AMSA500-10 Amino Magnetic Silica Beads are silica-coated superparamagnetic nanoparticles functionalized with reactive amino groups. The combination of a highly responsive magnetic core, chemically stable silica shell and amino-functionalized surface provides an ideal platform for biomolecule immobilization and magnetic separation.
Supplied as a 5% aqueous suspension, AMSA500-10 exhibits excellent particle size uniformity, rapid magnetic responsiveness and stable dispersion. The amino-functionalized surface readily reacts with aldehydes, activated esters, epoxy groups and various crosslinking reagents, enabling efficient immobilization of antibodies, proteins, enzymes and other biomolecules.
