Product Overview
PMMA20UM-10 Crosslinked PMMA Microspheres are highly crosslinked polymethyl methacrylate microspheres prepared using approximately 50% ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as the crosslinking monomer. The highly crosslinked polymer network provides excellent mechanical strength, solvent resistance, dimensional stability and long-term chemical stability.
Available in both dry powder and 10% aqueous suspension, PMMA20UM-10 offers outstanding processing performance and excellent particle uniformity for laboratory research, pilot-scale production and industrial manufacturing.
These microspheres are widely used as porogens for porous material fabrication, sacrificial templates, polymer fillers, chromatography media research and advanced composite materials.
