MTOS1UM-10 Tosyl Magnetic Beads are superparamagnetic microspheres with a nominal particle diameter of 1 μm and reactive tosyl-functionalized surfaces.

The tosyl groups enable covalent coupling with primary amino or sulfhydryl groups present in antibodies, proteins, enzymes and other biomolecules. This provides stable biomolecule immobilization for affinity separation, immunoassays, protein purification and other life science applications.
